Ameican idol judges Am I the only one who is slowly being bored to death?

Surely not! what the heck is the point of simon and paula's nutty behavior? considering this show is watched by youngsters what kind of example are they setting. Frankly I was amused way back but now there stupidity is distracting, and I just don't watch the show from start to finish. What's your point of view?
