Wut kinds of stuff should i do or things should i eat to grow taller?

im only 4'11'' and im about 14 yrs old!!!whn im done growing id lyk 2 b 5'4''. so if u can answer thanks!!! btw, my dad is 6' and my mum is 5' nd most on my dads side r tall, all around 6'.most on my mums r either kinda short or average-but theyre all mostly really petite 2, nd im not as petite as them. :P
