Patches of darker colored skin underneath my ?

Actually, they both look like bites, as there is a central puncture wound that I think I'm seeing in both of the lesions. If I'm correct, then obviously, there is nothing to worry about. Thanks for the pix; so many people expect us to be able to help them without showing us the problem.
