What can I do to live with my dad?

I'm chinese. Im 14. freshman in High School. So stupid *** asian mom. My asian mom has no common sense. Just 30 minutes ago, i turned on my xbox 360 and she told me "no game!" i asked why and she said "no weason!" and then said "i can penalty u with no weason whenever i want!". So this was the last straw from my whole life of my mom being a *****. My caucasian stepdad is also a with no common sense a lot of the time and supports my mom. Ever since the beginning that my mom beat me with a metal foldable chair because i did not understand fractions when i was in 3rd grade, to now. So is there anything legal that i can do? I live in Arizona and my dad lives in China but my stepmom lives in Fremont, CA. My dad visits the USA a LOT for business. My mom was saying how she gets to make "all the decisions". which i thought was bullshit. Is it true my dad and i also get a say? will my stepdad get a say in it? (hopefully not) thx sooooo much!!! :)
