DOG TIPS I BEG OF YOU I HAVE A MISBEHAVED CHUAUUA ?

Okay, first off; why do you lie on your back for him that's recessive! Defiantly a no-no when it comes to dogs. You need to be the "pack leader" but not by being like aggressive or hitting him. Try positive reinforcement. Where does he sleep? With You? If so make him sleep in a cage, because if you were the "leader" you wouldn't let him sleep with you. And another no-no, never hit him. That makes him more aggressive. Furthermore seeing as chihuahuas are high energy dogs, you need to make sure he gets lots of time to play//walks. As for the walk situation, I'd reward him with treats, walk slowly at first with no people besides you, close distance.
