College entry essay: I'm a senior in HS and I need your thoughts on my essay topic, my struggle with studderin?

I'm not sure if such a topic is good enough, and i feel that its too personal but then again my college advisor said that colleges want to see essays to get to know the prospective student better. I used to studder severly as a child growing up till about sophmore year in high school. It disabled me to speek in cl or to other students for fear of redicule. Now i learned to accept it and have made friends and do well in school. Any thought?
