Do I have one of the viruses going around?

It started with a dry cough about 9 days ago and slowly its progressed into more and more. My cough turned into a cough with phlegm, sore throat, nasal congestion and a very low fever. I literally lost my appetite and I haven't eaten in two days and when I cough sometimes it gets so bad that I actually gag and I've almost thrown up a few times because of it. When I stand I almost immediately have to sit back down and I have shortness of breath. Either this is a cold x300 or something worse. Please help?
