Question about my 2 and a half month old's sleeping habits?

It is probably a growth spurt, it happens every month or so. My son sleeps 7 hours at a time and he is 4.5 months, but when he is going through a growth spurt he will only sleep for like 4 or 5 hours without a feeding.
