Why do people hate Bush so much?

First of all people say he caused the economic crash...Franklin Roosevelt was a great president...but he was president during the great depression... And actually presidents don't have as much power as people think it's the legislative...And no terrorist attacks happened after 9/11 with bush...I'm only 13 so I may be a bit off on somethings but I just love politics...???
