How to convince my step mom that i can use birth control!!!?

well im 15...and ually active! just recently i told my stepmom and asked if i could go on birth control......i gave her reasons like my cramps are killer (b/c they are) and my period is like forever!!.......she told me since im young my period is regular or somthing like that and she wont let me take birth control....
