Why is Dilshan captain not Mathews and how reliable is the young Indian team?

I wanted to see how trying Mathews is in these situations and how would he react to being a captain without much experience other than captaining the under 19 side. Dilshan is getting older but he still got more time left. but not more than Mathews. Finally has India chosen Surabh Tiwary If not the selectors should be fired for using more hopeless youngsters than hopeful. Virat Kohli would be interesting as well to watch. Can anyone tell me the batting line up of the young Indian team cuz I want to see how reliable the line up can be.
