How do I find a company to manufacture a bespoke lightweight frame?

I am after building my own tent. I would like detrails on how to aquire a set of pop up poles (like the pop up tents commercially sold) so I can make it to my specs. Also after a small lightweight frame (cube shaped) that is lightweight and easy to collapse (like a telescopic tripod for cameras). Any answers most welcome and websites etc...really struggling with this..
